Get in Touch with DentalGateways
Got a question? Spotted something wrong? Want to tell us we’re doing a great job (or not so great)? We’re all ears. Seriously – we read every message that comes through.
Quick Note Before You Contact Us
We can’t help with medical emergencies or urgent dental problems. If you’ve got severe tooth pain, facial swelling, or a dental emergency, please call NHS 111 or go to your nearest A&E. We’re just a directory website – we can’t give medical advice or book appointments for you.
What We Can Help With
Here’s the stuff we’re actually good at helping with:
Incorrect or Outdated Information: Spotted a dentist’s phone number that’s wrong? Found an address that’s out of date? Let us know and we’ll fix it ASAP. We rely on people like you to keep our directory accurate.
Missing Locations: Can’t find your town or city on our site? That’s embarrassing (for us). Drop us a message and we’ll add it to our list. We’re still building out coverage across the UK.
Website Problems: Is something not working? Does the site look weird on your phone? We want to know. Tech problems happen, but we can’t fix them if we don’t know about them.
General Questions: Not sure how to use the site? Wondering how we get our information? Curious about our plans? Just ask. We’re happy to explain.
Suggestions: Got ideas for making DentalGateways better? We’re all about continuous improvement. Some of our best features came from user suggestions.
Business Enquiries: Running a dental practice and want to know about listing options? We’re building something good here, and we’d love to chat about how we can work together down the road.

What to Include in Your Message
The more info you give us, the better we can help. Here’s what’s useful to include:
If you’re reporting incorrect information: Tell us which page you’re looking at (the web address helps), what’s wrong, and what it should say instead. Screenshots are brilliant if you’ve got them.
If you’re reporting a technical problem: Let us know what happened, what you were trying to do, and what device/browser you’re using. “The search isn’t working on my iPhone” is way more helpful than “something’s broken.”
If you’ve got a suggestion: Just tell us your idea! No need to overthink it. Even half-baked ideas sometimes turn into great features.
If you’re asking a question: Be as specific as you can. We’ll do our best to give you a helpful answer.
Response Times
We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend messages usually get answered by Monday. If it’s urgent (like a major error on the site), we’ll try to respond even faster.
If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours, your message might have got lost. Feel free to send it again.
For Dental Practices
If you’re a dentist or practice manager, thanks for checking us out! We’re building DentalGateways to be the go-to directory for dental services across the UK.
Right now, we’re focused on creating comprehensive coverage and building our traffic. Once we’ve got good rankings on Google (which takes time – SEO is a marathon, not a sprint), we’ll be rolling out partnership opportunities.
Want to stay in the loop? Email us at business@dentalgateways.co.uk and we’ll keep you updated on our progress. No spam, no constant emails – just occasional updates about when we’re ready to start featuring practices.
Updating Your Practice Information
Already listed on our site but the details are wrong? Send us the correct information and we’ll update it free of charge. We want our directory to be accurate for everyone.
What We Can’t Do
Just so we’re clear on expectations:
We can’t book dental appointments. We’re a directory, not a booking service. You’ll need to contact dental practices directly to make appointments.
We can’t give medical or dental advice. If you’re asking “should I get this tooth pulled?” or “is this pain normal?” – we can’t help with that. Speak to a qualified dentist or call NHS 111.
We can’t recommend specific dentists. We provide information about what’s available in your area, but we don’t make personal recommendations. That’s up to you to decide based on your needs.
We can’t instantly fix major website issues. If something’s broken, we’ll work on it as fast as we can, but complex problems take time to solve properly.
Privacy and Your Information
When you contact us, we’ll see your email address and whatever information you choose to share. We use this solely to respond to your message and improve our service.
We don’t sell your contact details. We don’t spam you with marketing emails. We don’t add you to random mailing lists. Your information stays with us and is only used to help you.
For the full details on how we handle data, check out our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and Feedback
If you’re not happy with something we’ve done (or not done), please tell us. We can’t fix problems we don’t know about.
We take complaints seriously. If you’ve had a bad experience with DentalGateways, email us with the details and we’ll look into it properly. You’ll get a proper response, not a copy-paste brush-off.
On the flip side, if we’ve done something that helped you, we’d love to hear about that too. Positive feedback keeps our team motivated!
